My Experience

With more than ten years of experience, I continue to enjoy representing local clients with their family law matters. When you engage with me as your advocate, you are getting my legal experience as well as the experience I bring from my own unique story. You are guaranteed one-on-one contact with me over the life of your case. I represent clients in contested litigation, but I also believe in the power of dispute resolution. I am trained as a mediator, I am collaboratively trained, and I have also worked as a Guardian ad Litem and Court Visitor in Pierce County; I believe that there is just not one way to approach a case; and my skills offer you options.

Professional and community service are important to me and I have served in Board positions for the Pierce County Washington Women Lawyers, Pierce County Lawyers Helping Hungry Children, and the Tacoma Community College Paralegal Advisory Board. I have also taught college level Paralegal courses in Tacoma, WA.
